The last few months have been filled with exciting opportunities to connect with so many growers and food hubs, we’ve absolutely loved it. Getting to see the passion, commitment and incredible hard work put into their business is nothing short of outstanding.

We are delighted to announce those that have won a share of our £10,000 prize pot, and here they are!

Ropsley Market Garden – Lincolnshire’s very first CSA, they are paving the way for more small scale farms to be inspired by what they are doing and to spread the movement further. Encouraging their local community to get fully involved gives this project much more to offer in benefits than just great tasting food.

Marbury Road Edible Garden – A wonderful, volunteer led community garden in Stockport that has focused on the all-round health of its community with an incredible vision of being able to feed the entire estate. Hyper-local food at its best.

Sweet Pea Market Garden – Built on a 3 acre site in Cambridgeshire that was set up in 2021 and Adrienne’s progress was followed by the documentary Six Inches of Soil which is a must watch for everyone, whether you are a grower or consumer.

Teign Greens – Another incredible CSA, Teign Greens is based in Devon which not only grows and supplies their community with tasty veg, they also offer volunteering opportunities and land-based learning helping engage people with the art of growing and working with the environment.

Tuston Farm – A certified organic farm based in Herefordshire, like many started with an empty field and have turned it into a productive, sustainable, soil loving enterprise that is hugely popular in their community.

Applecross Farm – A smallholding with a wealth of inspiring videos on Instagram, offering insights, life snap shots and how to’s. Specialising in apple products and big fans of a BBQ!

Lovebrook – A beautiful farm based in the South Downs, these guys are big on promoting regenerative growing, with volunteer days and sessions in their incredible 8 seater woodfired sauna on offer, what’s not to love!

Boxed Green – Andrea set up her food hub and  network with local farms in the midst of the pandemic and she has created a successful and hugely popular box scheme that’s stood the test of time.

Moss Valley Market Garden – A thriving organic market garden in Sheffield who are regularly inspiring their followers with their top growing talents and injecting plenty of fun into the industry!

Sunshine & Green – This organic farm is in Suffolk and Greg’s love for what he does is quite infectious. With veg boxes delivered and farmers’ markets covered, there’s a lot to be inspired by!
